Security and First Aid at The Rotary Fair

Stormtroopers may be patrolling the Fair especially around the raffle

If in doubt, ask a Steward or the Event Manager or go to the Information Stand 

Stewards wear green tabards with THE ROTARY FAIR on the back

The Information Stand is the hub of The Rotary Fair.  You can go to the Information Stand where you will find a Steward on duty and Stewards will be walking around the Fair and visiting the Stands throughout the day. The Steward can deal with your query or will be able to direct you to someone who can.

First Aid

St John's Ambulance will have a stall near Arthur's Pizza Restaurant with will be clearly signed. You can refer yourself or take someone else if you need any first aid or a Steward will take you.

The Information Stand

  • Security issues – if something is worrying you
  • Complaints –  related to the Fair itself
  • Complaints about stall sales – talk to the stallholder first
  • Lost person or Child
  • Any other concerns
  • First Aid – Steward will direct you to the First Aid point at St John's Ambulance
